I am a certified Management and HR Consultant with extensive experience in helping organizations enhance performance, develop people, and achieve strategic growth. Throughout my career, I have supported leading institutions such as El Araby Group, where I established a comprehensive Human Performance Improvement system, and Arab Contractors, where I trained Project and Construction Managers on developing and applying Project KPIs. At the General Authority for Investment, I delivered programs to strengthen managerial and leadership skills — including communication, Resilience, critical thinking, decision-making, Team Work, and self-management. I also partnered with Teleperformance to develop middle management capabilities in Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits, and with El-Salhia Food Company to conduct a full organizational restructuring and job analysis. For Andrea & George Gold Manufacturing, I designed an integrated system for strategic planning and leadership development, while in Libya’s Chambers of Commerce (Tripoli, Benghazi, and Misrata), I trained senior leaders on Strategic Management and Leadership.
